Terms governing use of the Dorium website, accounts, THG application workflows, SoBz rewards and related services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Dorium website, dashboard and related services. By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description
Dorium provides software-assisted workflows for THG-related applications, document review coordination, contract handling and payout tracking, plus optional SoBz rewards. Dorium does not guarantee a specific payout amount or approval timeline.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration data.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Business accounts must be opened by an authorised representative.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Applicant responsibilities
- Upload genuine, readable Fahrzeugschein documents.
- Ensure owner / company details match the registration papers.
- Keep IBAN and contact details up to date.
- Respond promptly when additional information is requested.
Submitting falsified documents or third-party vehicles without authority is prohibited and may lead to rejection and account suspension.

Fees
Service fees, if any, are disclosed in the selected payment option or class offer before you submit. Amounts shown in demos are illustrative unless confirmed in your contract.
4. SoBz rewards
SoBz balances are platform rewards recorded in Dorium’s ledger. Earning rules, partner redemptions and availability may change. SoBz is not legal tender and has no cash withdrawal right unless expressly stated in a separate offer.
5. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering or abusive automated access
- No upload of malware or unlawful content
- No interference with other users or partner systems
6. Intellectual property
Platform software, branding and content remain Dorium’s property or that of licensors. You retain rights to documents you upload, and grant Dorium a limited licence to process them for providing the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dorium is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by incomplete documents, third-party processors, or market settlement windows. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dorium against claims arising from documents or data you submit unlawfully or inaccurately.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to ongoing contractual or legal retention needs. We may terminate or restrict access for material breaches.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
